All password were reset the morning 7/6/22, which required you to reset your password at the next login. If you have reset your password since then, no other action is needed on your part.

If you have set up your account with access.bakerU.edu, you can use that tool to reset your password.

If you have not done this, you will need assistance from Baker IT. Please fill out a help desk ticket to submit a request.

There is no need to call as we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
