If you are experiencing a technology issue, check out the list below of known problems first.

  • Faculty: If you cannot log into the portal because it redirects to the student login, please clear your browser’s cache or open the link in a new incognito window. Feel free to still put in a ticket to notify us.
  • Trouble logging into the portal? Try clearing your browser cache. Instructions for all browsers are found here:
  • If you are having trouble logging into common Baker services (email, Moodle, Portal, applications, Library databases), you can manage and recover your password at
