Zippia.com has recognized Baker University for the second year in a row as the best college in Kansas for preparing graduates to get a job.

According to Zippia.com, data is collected from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard. The data reflects which college in each state has the highest listed job placement numbers 10 years after graduation and is limited to schools offering bachelor’s degrees. The college with the highest rate of employment in each state was selected, and given a placement score. Out of 100 possible points, Baker University earned a placement score of 93.

“While it’s gratifying to receive this distinction, it tells just a small part of the Baker University story. Our students, year after year, become leaders, and achievers who change their communities. Our graduates serve as excellent educators, compassionate healers, innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and role models,” said Baker University President Lynne Murray.

Baker University also received a national endorsement from Colleges of Distinction.
