Commencement Ceremonies Dec 18 in Baldwin City

Baker University will honor graduates with two commencement ceremonies Sunday, Dec. 18 at the Collins Center on the Baldwin City campus.

The undergraduate degree ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Professional and Graduate Studies, School of Nursing, and School of Education will be at 1 p.m. The ceremony for graduates who have earned master’s and doctoral degrees from the School of Education and the School of Professional and Graduate Studies will be at 4 p.m.

Bernard Fried will deliver the keynote address for both ceremonies. Fried is a creative leader and motivator with a strong background in sales, business development, marketing, operations, training, and general management. He serves as a managing member of Keylix Capital Group, LLC, a consulting firm that writes business plans and develops proforma financials for start-up and early-stage companies. He also teaches management and leadership courses at Baker University.
