This course equips high school educators and counselors with practical, research-based strategies to integrate Career & Technical Education (CTE) practices into academic and pathway courses. Participants will design authentic, career-connected learning experiences, industry-aligned projects, and student career readiness activities that strengthen engagement, relevance, and post-secondary outcomes. Emphasis is placed on project-based learning (PBL), industry partnerships, career pathways, student organizations (FBLA, DECA, HOSA, SkillsUSA), and real-world skill development.
