Personality in the Classroom

Monday, June 16 - Sunday, August 3

Educators will analyze personality types to differentiate learning. There are unique worlds of 16 types of teachers and students using the framework of personality type. (Jungian type-popularized through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Knowing more about the personality types, which this amazing textbook organizes into four main animal groups, generates activities that will empower strengths and improve on weaknesses. This is invaluable for teachers and their students! Understanding the HOW of why people do the things they do (including teachers) is key in helping students master learning.
