The Reason We Teach: Relationships!

Monday, September 15, 2025 - Sunday, November 2, 2025

This is the bottom line for most teachers. Why do we continue to teach? What got us here in the first place? Chances are it is the relationships with students. Perhaps even more important than curriculum content, the opportunity that educators have to influence young lives is critical, especially in the world we live in today. In this course teachers will learn how we can make and keep these important connections with students and develop community in our classrooms. Studies show that students behave better and work harder for teachers they know, like and trust so the investment in relationships is definitely worth it!
