This course explores the essential principles of student engagement in K-12 and higher education settings. Students will examine the three primary types of engagement (behavioral, cognitive, and emotional), analyze Schlechty’s five levels of engagement, and implement research-based strategies to enhance engagement in their own teaching or learning environments.
