Maximize Your Financial Aid!
Besides what I have been offered through financial aid, what are other resources for funding?
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
If you have not already, please complete the FAFSA. Filing a FAFSA determines your eligibility for college grants, work-study funds, federal student loans, and state-based aid. Without this completed application, these dollars cannot be awarded to you.
Kansas Board of Regents for Kansas Residents
If you are a Kansas resident, visit the Kansas Board of Regents website for a list of scholarships. Many of the scholarships have a priority deadline, so be mindful of completing the application on time.
Bishop Quayle Matching Scholarship
Baker University will match a church contribution made for a student in its congregation up to $300 per semester for a maximum award of $600 per academic year.
Outside Scholarships
Contact your high school counselor about scholarship opportunities within your local region. Contact organizations that you are a member of and ask about scholarship opportunities. Baker University assembles an Outside Scholarship Newsletter for all Baker University campuses. It includes details such as how much you can earn, where to apply, and deadlines. We email this to our student every three months.
