• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated leadership—not just by title, but by action
• College representation in cocurricular activities, e.g., athletics, clubs, organizations
• Participation in off-campus educational opportunities, e.g., study abroad, internships
• Authentic display of Baker’s mission and values
