Katya Soll

Associate Professor of Spanish

Sigma Delta Pi is a national Hispanic honor society for students who have completed three years of college-level Spanish, including a course of Hispanic literature or Hispanic culture and civilization. Members host events and activities during the year to celebrate the Spanish language and culture.

The national organization offers scholarships for study abroad and graduate study and prizes for papers written in Spanish. Students must also have a GPA of at least 3.0 in Spanish courses and be in the top 35 percent of their class. New members are inducted into Sigma Delta Pi every spring.
