Collaboration is a foundational practice in the Professional Learning Communities (PLC). Most teachers will collaborate in grade-level or course-alike teams, but what about teachers who do not have grade-level or course-alike peers in their building? This course will dive into the book by Brig Leane & Jon Yost called Singletons in a PLC at Work. Each week we will read a chapter and reflect on next steps we can do as educators to support the “singleton” in a building.
