Forbes recently released its America’s Top Colleges List and ranks Baker University among the top universities in the country. The magazine used a new methodology this year that considers low-income student outcomes and added a large federal database to its tally of graduate earnings. Among the criteria were average grant aid, average debt, and average early-career salary.

Baker was one of five schools in Kansas to make the cut: 1. University of Kansas, 2. Kansas State University, 3. Wichita State University, 4. Baker University, and 5. Newman University.

“Inclusion on this list speaks volumes about the value a Baker education offers our students through excellent faculty, mentorship opportunities, innovative programs, and strong networks,” said Baker University President Lynne Murray. “We are proud that a school of our size has been recognized among the educational leaders across the country.”
