Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media from Baker and threw the hammer for the track and field team. The Lee’s Summit, Missouri, native enjoys working on classic cars. He spends his free time outside camping and exploring new areas all over the country. He also loves getting to meet people from different backgrounds and hearing their stories.

Baldwin City is home for Madeline. She graduated from Baker University with a degree in sports administration and minor in communication studies. She competed on the volleyball team and was a two-year captain. Before returning to Baker to serve as an admission counselor, Madeline worked at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and most recently at Women Leaders in College Sports. In her free time, Madeline loves playing with her dogs, exercising, and drinking good coffee.

Anna, a native of Topeka, Kansas, earned a degree in history from Baker in 2002. She also completed a master’s and Ph.D. in Latin and Roman history from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She is a humanities proselytizer and global citizen with over 10 years of experience in higher education. Her top-five favorite world cities are Cape Town, Beirut, New Orleans, Tel Aviv, and Seoul. She is a proud minion to two benevolent feline overlords.

Keirstyn Reynolds, ’21
Admissions Counselor


Raised in Kansas City, Kansas, Keirstyn graduated with a major in communication studies and a minor in psychology. She was a member of the Baker dance team for four years and served as the captain for two. She was involved in Mungano and Baker Radio. In her free time, she loves to binge watch Netflix and spend time with her family and friends. Keirstyn is excited to make connections with future students and help them make Baker their university!

Frank Sandoval, ’19

Raised in Liberal, Kansas, Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Baker. As a student, he was involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life and Student Senate and served as a resident assistant. Frank spends most of his free time outdoors either hiking, kayaking, or fishing with his dog, Oakley. If he is not outdoors, he is at home cooking or grilling or woodworking.

Emma’s parents are graduates of Baker, so she grew up wanting to be a Wildcat. She double majored in sociology and communication studies. Emma loves to travel and is very close to having visited all 50 states. She is excited to make connections with students going through the admissions process and help them find the perfect fit, all while being able to stay in her favorite place in Kansas!

Kylie Williamson

Kylie has worked in higher education since 2009 in a variety of student-focused roles, including admissions, financial aid, academic advising, and student affairs. She has played and coached softball collegiately and is an avid sports fan. She and her wife have a young son. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and her master’s from the University of Kansas. She is a lifelong learner, who is passionate about diversity and equity within higher education.

Danielle Jones Rease
Vice President of Advancement & Enrollment Management

Danielle is originally from the East Coast and started her career in higher education at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C.  She has held leadership roles in development, alumni relations, marketing, and enrollment management. She joined Baker University in 2015 and is a member of the University Executive Cabinet and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group. She earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and MBA from the University of Maryland Global College.
