Kylie has worked in higher education since 2009 in a variety of student-focused roles, including admissions, financial aid, academic advising, and student affairs. She has played and coached softball collegiately and is an avid sports fan. She and her wife have a young son and daughter. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and her master’s from the University of Kansas. She is a lifelong learner, who is passionate about diversity and equity within higher education.

Ethan grew up in Overbrook, Kansas, where he participated in many sports, including wrestling, which was his first love. He wrestled at Barton Community College for two years and at Baker University for three. He earned a Bachelor of Science in public health. Ethan has four dogs: Cleo, Cal, Muffins, and Sidney. In his free time, he enjoys grilling, collecting shoes, and being a super fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels. He is also an avid outdoorsman and trains for Ironman competitions.

Parker was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and attended Gardner Edgerton High School, where he played football, baseball, and golf. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Baker and is working toward an MBA in Strategic Management. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and loves to play golf in his free time.

Anna, a native of Topeka, Kansas, earned a degree in history from Baker in 2002. She also completed a master’s and Ph.D. in Latin and Roman History from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She is a humanities proselytizer and global citizen with over 15 years of experience in higher education. Her top-five favorite world cities are Cape Town, Beirut, New Orleans, Tel Aviv, and Seoul.

Raised in Liberal, Kansas, Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in physics from Baker. As a student, he was involved in Fraternity Life and Student Senate and served as a resident assistant. Frank spends most of his free time outdoors either hiking, kayaking, or fishing. If he is not outdoors, he is at home playing with his dogs Oakley and Timber.

A native of Perry, Kansas, Doug graduated from Baker with Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and business. He also has a master’s degree in developmental kinesiology from Bowling Green State University. His professional experiences before returning to Baker include over 20 years as a collegiate women’s volleyball coach and instructor at various institutions. His favorite nonwork activities include golf, bicycling, and coaching club volleyball.
