Individual On-Campus Visit
We’re ready to welcome you for on-campus visits Monday through Friday. We’ll personalize a tour where you can meet with your admissions counselor and coaches, and we’ll show you what makes Baker truly special.
*At this time, we are unable to accommodate visits for students coming from locations listed as hot spots on the Kansas Department of Health and Environment travel list. If you are from one of these areas, we are happy to schedule a virtual visit.

wildCATurdays
Choosing a school is a big decision. That’s true now more than ever, and we know how important it is to see campus for yourself. We’re excited to announce our wildCATurdays, an opportunity to see what makes Baker special! These Saturday visits are limited to 15 students and one guest each. Proper social distancing will be observed, and masks are required on campus.

International students: We will hold a separate question and answer session at the end just for you. We know there have been a lot of changes recently for our international students and we are here to answer your questions.

Exercise Science Transfer Webinar

Baker’s exercise science program combines in-depth classroom work with practical, hands-on experience.
Our webinar with exercise science faculty will tell you which courses you need to transfer in as prerequisites, how you can finish your degree on time, and why our graduates have outstanding placement rates in graduate programs and careers!

Criminal Justice Transfer Webinar
Wednesday, April 28, 2:30 p.m. (CST)
Criminal justice is offered as a concentration within the sociology major. This gives you the broader training and insight into the factors that influence the criminal justice system as well as the societal elements that produce or reduce crime.
Find out how your credits will transfer into this program and why our graduates are sought after by law enforcement agencies and a wide range of other employers!
Dr. Tim Buzzell, professor of sociology, will lead the discussion.

Virtual Admitted Student Week

Join us for a week of virtual events. Choose the Zoom session you’re most interested in, or attend them all!
We’ll have a drawing for Baker swag at the end of each session. Then finish the week with a campus tour and get a free T-shirt.

Tuesday: Student Life
Learn about your home away from home: housing and dining! We’ll also discuss campus support services, career services, and the orientation and enrollment process.
Wednesday: The Baker Core (the central academic experience for all Baker students)
Faculty will explain our new multidisciplinary general education program, the Baker Core.
Thursday: Financial Aid & Next Steps
Our financial aid director and admissions director will explain options for paying for college, outline dates and deadlines, and discuss your next steps to becoming a Wildcat!
