3. From your Home Page, use the left-hand navigation panel to select Academics.
4. Click Your Class Schedule.
5. Your schedule will appear on this screen.
6. To download your schedule, click the Schedule Report button.

5. If you are looking for a waitlisted course, select Open & Closed.

7. Click Search to initiate your search.
8. On the Course Results page, locate the last column and click Click for Details to view course information.
9. This will open the Course Details page.

At this time, Baker University is processing transcripts normally through the SIS, and requests are being processed as they are received.

Baker University traditionally mails diplomas eight weeks after commencement in May. If a diploma is not issued during that timeframe, students will be individually contacted by the Registrar’s Office.

If your mailing address has changed within the past six months, please contact the Office of the Registrar at records@bakerU.edu to ensure your diploma is sent to the correct location.

You will receive your new user login credentials within two or three business days of your course start date. 

Returning Baker students will NOT receive login credentials. All returning students who have not accessed their Baker student account after January 9, 2025, must reset their password.

The Financial Aid Office begins the process of  disbursing funds (including scholarships, loans, and grants) to   at the beginning of the semester. These funds will be  applied to tuition and fees. If financial aid creates an overage, a refund will be issued, and students will be notified.

The office continues weekly reviews to identify and disburse any additional eligible aid.

Admitted students: Upon completion of your financial aid file, estimated aid letters are sent to student and parent emails on record. Please note that financial aid eligibility is an estimate until a full review of your FAFSA application is complete. 

Returning students: Ensure your 2025–26 FAFSA is submitted. Aid offers will begin going out at the beginning of June. At that time, we will assess whether to issue estimated awards or final awards.
