Additionally, you’ll examine the sociological and psychological processes that affect the way individuals make decisions within an organization and how that affects the culture and climate.

DEI 501 Understanding and Building a DEI Frame of Reference
Understand, analyze, and begin framing initial DEI processes and practices into an existing organizational structure and culture.
