Need help fixing something? Maintenance is here to help!
Don’t worry, minor accidental damage and facility issues are FREE to fix. Even if it doesn’t seem like a big deal, please put in a work request as soon as you notice it. Maintenance staff can help you with concerns such as these:
- Lightbulbs and electric problems
- Leaky pipe
- Furniture cracking
- Washer/dryer problem
- Mess in the building hallways
- Window blinds
- A/C and heat
- Landscape and grounds
If you live in the residence halls, regularly cleaning your residential room, including trash and mold/mildew, is your responsibility as part of your regular cleaning schedule with your roommates.
Start by filling out a work request. Please be as specific as possible in describing your request.
Requests are processed Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Maintenance will contact you if they need more information. Most work requests are completed within one or two business days.
