Writing Center

Collins Library 130

Open to All Baker Students

Bill Pore, Coordinator of the Writing Center |  william.pore@bakerU.edu

The Baker University Writing Center is a site of active learning offering one-on-one writing conferences for students at all levels. Trained writing assistants are ready to help with any type of assignments, across all disciplines, and at any time during the writing process—from generating ideas to outlining and drafting to final revisions.

You do not need to have a complete draft. We will look at writing at any stage of the process, from messy brainstorming to revision.

Walk-In or By Appointment

No appointment is necessary. Simply come in to Library 130 for help during our scheduled hours (see schedule below). Or you may email Bill Pore, Director of the Writing Center, to schedule an appointment.
