Kansas Higher Education Enrollment Reports (KHEER)

Every fall and spring semester, all postsecondary educational institutions within the state of Kansas are asked to report to the Kansas Board of Regents information regarding their enrolled students. This report, the Kansas Higher Education Enrollment Report (KHEER), provides data as of the 20th day of the semester.

For the fall report, general enrollment data are provided (Tables A-E), as well as data for the first-time freshman that semester (Table F) and the new transfer students (Table G). For the spring semester, only the general enrollment information is reported (Tables A-E).

Baker University calculates university-wide as well as school- or college-level data for each of these tables. The data are contained in the linked pdf files below. The first page of each file contains the university totals. Subsequent pages include data for individual colleges or schools: the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), located in Baldwin City, Kansas; the School of Education (SOE), the undergraduate programs are located in Baldwin City, and the graduate programs are headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas; the School of Nursing (SON/BUSN), located within the Stormont Vail Health facility in Topeka, Kansas; and the School of Professional and Graduate Studies (SPGS), headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.

Direct questions regarding these reports or the data contained therein to the Office of Institutional Research at eric.hays@bakerU.edu.
